Service providers
Heaven relies on infrastructure and service providers to operate, including hosting, authentication, storage, payments, and AI model providers. Those providers may process the data needed to deliver the service on our behalf.
Billing data
Payments and subscription handling may be processed by third-party billing providers. We store the minimum billing and entitlement data needed to determine account access and support subscription status.
Retention
We keep project and account data while your account is active and as long as needed for service delivery, support, security, or legal obligations.
