Refunds and cancellation

Paid Tasteful Systems subscriptions are processed by Paddle. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Payment provider

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for paid Tasteful Systems subscriptions. Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Refund window

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within this 14-day period does not guarantee a refund.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Some consumer-protection laws give buyers a statutory withdrawal or refund period. Paddle's refund policy currently describes 14-day windows for the EU, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel; 7-day windows for South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada; and a 5-day window for Singapore. Where local law gives you mandatory rights, those rights apply.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction email, or visit paddle.net. If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it using the original payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund previous payments.
