Refunds and cancellation
This page explains the default cancellation and refund approach for Heaven subscriptions.
Cancellation
Paid plans can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal. When a subscription is cancelled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or exceptional circumstances.
Free plan and upgrades
Free access may include limited AI runs and project access. Upgrading unlocks paid features such as additional projects, export, and assisted custom domains.
